Best laid plans
Well, no strength or walking yesterday either! I also did not buy an exercise ball. What I did do was go to bed early (for me) and sleep a little later, so I ended up with 8 hours of sleep. For the first time in a long time, I was glad to get out of bed! That counts for something health-wise, doesn't it?
