I have been slacking a little bit in the exercise department the past few days--although yesterday the school was closed so no spinning class or walking was available. Today I am going to run and do the strength training that I slacked off on Wednesday. It's strange how just one day can ruin your resolve, but it can. Tonight, though, I will knock some more numbers off the FMR! Woohoo!
